A micro-roastery in a quiet corner of To Kwa Wan, named after the owner's parents' dried seafood store, Sang Cheong. Roasts a wide range of beans in-house and sells them by the packet.

Vibe

Old-school bing sutt atmosphere rebuilt with Hong Kong flair - red logo, two glass French doors, no rush. Off the tourist map, which is the point.
